Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless an item is damaged or defective. We go to great lengths to properly represent our items with measurements and clear photos.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You have 10 days to contact us for exchange, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Because we sell crystals, we encourage you to carefully pack any exchanges to protect the crystal during shipping. You’ll want to pack it as well as you received it to avoid damage, as we can not fulfill an exchange for damaged items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, once you select and purchase your replacement item, we will refund you immediately for the returned item. If approved, we will ship out your chosen replacement right away once the transaction is complete.
